3. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and current contact information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your WhatsApp account and the devices you use to access our services. You must not use our platform to send spam, unlawful content, or abusive messages.

4. Opt-In and Opt-Out Rules

You have full control over your subscription. You can opt out of receiving messages at any time by replying "STOP" or "UNSUBSCRIBE" to our WhatsApp number. After opting out, you will no longer receive automated communications unless you explicitly opt in again.

5. Limitation of Liability

Gondwana Club shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our WhatsApp services, including delays, delivery failures, or interruptions caused by Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API or your internet service provider.
